Support the Operation Manager in managing and supervising all valet parking operations.
Ensure efficient allocations of staff to locations and monitor daily attendance and performance.
Maintain excellent communication between management, clients, and the valet team.
Ensure all staff adhere to company standards in grooming, punctuality, and behaviour.
Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally.
Monitor vehicle handling procedures to ensure safety and customer trust.
Assist in training, motivating, and evaluating team members to achieve high performance.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers in a polite and professional manner
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
Manage payments at the service venue (cash/card handling)

Able to handle payments accurately and responsibly
Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, data entry)
Ability to stand for long hours during events
Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and shift timings as per the event schedule
Team player and able to work under pressure
Previous customer service or event experience is a plus
